“Dear GM/Owner,

I came into your store recently to buy some hard to find door hardware and was helped by Sascha Suchodolski. It was a very minor order but he took great care of me, and ended up giving me a couple of old Cifial latches that really helped me out.

As a business person, I respect that this was not a money maker, but upon telling my neighbours this story, they have instructed their contractor to come into Cantu to shop for their renovation there. It’s the type of people and service they want to experience.

Congratulations on having a great employee, thank you Sascha!”

“Throughout the design and selection of products necessary in the complete renovation of our Condo in Edmonton Alberta, we were treated professionally by all the staff at Cantu Bathrooms. Our demand for high end, quality and design products and accessories for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were met in every way and for the past three years have performed satisfactorily.

A recent problem which required the replacement of a toilet seat for a product no longer represented by Cantu has reinforced our trust in the professionals of Cantu Bathrooms. We contacted DONNA MCLEOD, Product + Design Consultant at Cantu Bathrooms regarding our problem, and although Donna was never involved in our original purchase, Donna undertook to resolve our problem. I am positive Donna has spent many hours in the last three months in tracking down the proper replacement toilet seat, and through her efforts, we have now have received the replacement parts necessary for the repair, and as a result of Donnas and Cantus efforts, at no cost to us.

Our experience with Donna McLeod and Cantu Bathrooms deserves the highest recommendation, and we would recommend Donna and Cantu Bathrooms to anyone who has a need for their services.”

“The Customer Service Dept at Cantu is excellent. There was a problem with our bathroom faucet handles and Cantu came to the rescue. Max and Scott in Customer Service helped solve the problem. Max was my main contact and and his customer orientation, follow-through and communication was clear, concise and very professional. He was very responsive and on top of things and even contacted the faucet representatives to enable us to get the replacement under warranty. I think Max went above and beyond. Thanks so much to the Cantu team!”
