Chariot Plumbing Supply and Design products are built to last. From our commitment to using only the finest quality materials to our state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, we have absolute confidence in our products. We care immensely about our customers and want to always ensure a positive experience. Chariot Plumbing Supply and Design will replace without charge, (excluding transportation and any labor costs for removal or reinstallation) any product manufactured by our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installers are required to thoroughly inspect sinks prior to installation. We are not responsible for incorrect installation or plumbing costs. We do not pay for, or cover countertops cut incorrectly. All sinks need to be verified with the template and the customer prior to cut and installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chariot Plumbing Supply and Design, shall not be liable in case of, improper installation ormodification, damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects, improper care or maintenance, Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic solutions, etc.), any modifications made to the product after it has left Chariot Plumbing Supply and Design premises. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied. The foregoing warranties are exclusive and made only for the original buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All other name-brand products are warrantied by the manufacturer. These warranties can be located on the individual companies website or the product’s web page on our site. When needing warranty help, please reach out to us so we can intervene on your behalf in the chanceof an issue arising. If a faucet is defective in any way parts may be provided for repair. However install, plumbing costs, other expenses incurred are not covered in any way. This is standard procedure across the plumbing industry as well as many other similar businesses types. Oasis \/ Adelaide Porcelain Sinks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2-year warranty on Enamel Coating, warranty against manufacturer defects. With normal use, the enamel coating will last for decades. The sink is warrantied to be free of defects prior to installation. If any defects are found, a new sink will be provided free of charge.As with all sinks, they should be inspected prior to installation. Defects must be proven with images, video, or in-person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limited Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Over time copper will naturally patina and change based on use. We do not warranty change of patina. Custom items are subject to slight variations in size, as such, all sinks must be present andmeasured on-site prior to cut and installation. Range Hood dimensions follow several approvalmeasures before production and shipment, and Chariot Inc. does not hold any liability for an improper fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
