Showroom Appointments – Walk-Ins vs. Scheduling

Visiting Our Showrooms

If you are considering paying a visit to one of our showrooms, you may wonder what the purpose of scheduling an appointment is as opposed to just walking in.

Our 6 showrooms are open to the public. You are welcome to visit during the location’s listed business hours. If you are gathering inspiration for a future project, checking out a product you saw on our website, or just wanting to look around our beautiful kitchen and bathroom displays you can do so freely, without the guided assistance of a showroom consultant!

Planning Your Visit

However, if you are actively planning a project, you will find that making an appointment in advance is the way to go. To do this, click here or scroll down to the bottom of this page and fill out the appropriate information. By scheduling an appointment, you are ensuring that the focus of our professionals will be on your project, helping you plan your layout, select finishes, test out fixtures, and shape your vision. It is the fun of shopping, without the stress of putting the pieces together. In culinary terms, you pick your high-quality ingredients, and our showroom consultants turn them into a 5-star meal.

Same Day Appointments?

We try to accommodate same-day appointments, but do not guarantee them and highly recommend making an appointment in advance. This allows both you and our showroom plenty of time to prepare for your visit!
