Behind the Collaboration
Utilizing Kohler’s extensive archive of heritage photos and catalogues, the Kohler x Studio McGee collaboration pulls inspiration from designs and product lines spanning Kohler’s 150+ years of business. Beginning with a mood board, Shea McGee of the Studio McGee design firm began compiling ideas for the collaboration, bringing together glass detailing, vanity trims, and faucet finishes to create a new collection from the bones of historic Kohler products. Through this carefully curated research, Kohler and Studio McGee have created six stylish collections for the whole home.
Castia Bathroom Collection
Pulling from the Kohler archives, the Castia Bathroom Collection from Kohler x Studio McGee blends classic and contemporary styles into a harmonious, timeless collection to compliment any bathroom. Featuring precision machine knurling, stamped levers, and intriguing coin edging, this collection displays the raw artistry of industrial design. Lever handles and blunted square faucets pay homage to stacked pipe fittings, creating a visual contrast of contemporary and industrial styling.
Edalyn Kitchen Collection
