General Plumbing Supply \u2013 Terms of Sale
<\/strong>1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Sale (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the sale of all products and services by General Plumbing Supply (\u201cCompany\u201d) to the customer (\u201cBuyer\u201d). By placing an order, Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Pricing and Payment
<\/strong>\u2022 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices in effect at the time of order confirmation will apply.
\u2022 Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
o Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge or the maximum rate permitted by California law.
\u2022 Taxes: All applicable state and local taxes will be added to the invoice unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided.

3. Delivery and Shipping
<\/strong>\u2022 Delivery Terms: All shipments are F.O.B. (Free on Board) Company\u2019s warehouse. Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
\u2022 Delivery Times: Delivery dates are estimates only. The Company is not liable for delays due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
\u2022 Freight Charges: Shipping and handling charges will be added to Buyer\u2019s invoice unless otherwise stated.

4. Returns and Restocking
<\/strong>\u2022 Return Policy: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and require prior authorization. Proof of purchase is required.
\u2022 Condition: Returned items must be in resalable condition.
\u2022 Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply for non-defective returns.
